FLOTRON is a gas controller that has a function, which keep the mixture rate of gas set beforehand. By using built-in mass flow controller; gas flow rate does not change and supply gas stability if primary side supplies pressure change. |

When ordering automatic brazing machine, basically to control the gas is to use FLOTRON. In that case, adopt large touch panel to control board for machine, therefore the touch panel for FLOTRON side became no use. If the gas circuit was plural, it is only to shift the screen.
In addition, OHS is prepared for option. |

The temperature of work or jig will change when beginning of operation or weather change etc. therefore, it was necessary to change setting of heating time or pre-heating operation the jig.
OHS will operate this annoying work in automatically. This system measure the work, which before heated or temperature of the jig and automatically change the setting of the heating time.
In other word, if the jig or work changes the temperature by circumstance, every time check the temperature and this system change the heating time. |

| The screen above shows the graph of measured temperature and setting time. On the graph, there are 6 line of [temperature setting axis] and choose with 6 light blue rectangular switch. The upper-right is [time up-down key] and changes the temperature by using up/down key. Automatically figure out the setting time on line graph to measuring temperature from a 6 dot, which is set. |
