The HS series
The HS series automatic brazing machine is arranged in the pair. One is a jig, which keep the work and another is brazing unit.
The structure is simple, so it is suitable for first step of automation and product number is few. And there is HS-2 series which 2 jig slide and arranged in 2 pair is called HW series. |

The HS-T (turn table type) series
The HS-T (turn table type) series automatic brazing machine is equipped with two sets of jigs on a 180 degrees turning table.
While brazing a part set on the one jig, the operator can set another part on a separate jig.
The machine minimizes downtime and has wide versatility.
Other sets of jigs can be prepared on the 90 degrees shifted portion to enable easy changing. |

The T series
The T series has 4 to 12 index table. Therefore, it is widely used for mass production.
All work setting, flux apply, retained heat, brazing, cooling, take out are able to automate.
In addition, each station starts at once. The advantage is cycle time gets relatively short when the process is large. |

The C series
The C series is special machine of heat exchanger when brazing a hairpin pipe and return bend. It exercises when producing an equal quality for brazing product.
It brazes when the work set on the conveyer and run through 1 or 2 pair of burner in regular speed. The width and height of burner are able to change by work. |

The R series
The R series is able to braze the work for wide range, by using 6-axis type robot. Basically, to apportion (60 to 90 deg.) the jig at basic point of robot, any type of pipe and flange, pipe and metal fillings are possible to braze.
In addition, it is able to change the brazing position by set up the reaction mechanism to the jig.

Combination burring/cleaning machine is designed to perform burring, degreasing, rust proofing, washing, and drying of newly machined return bends.

Brazing ring inserting machine will correct such imperfections and, at the same time, automatically insert brazing rings onto the return bends.
