| Before the welding or brazing work commences, the flame of the torch should be adjusted by controlling both fuel gas flow rate and oxygen flow rate. After the operator takes a short break, the same adjustment of the torch should be required. The torch firing condition should be adjusted depending on the configuration and material being joined, and these adjustments tend to be performed as a habit.
