As non-corrosive flux, which contains cesium, is cored into aluminum wire, this flux cored brazing wire has excellent working property.

This flux cored brazing wire is suitable for not only manual brazing but also automatic wire feeding.

As the active temperature of flux is low, difficult aluminum brazing operation can be done easily with this flux cored brazing wire.

In order to prevent overheating during operation, this flux cored brazing wire wields its power to prevent inferior finish caused by burning.

Compared with old manual flux applying, the suitable and fixed quantity of flux can be applied. Therefore, flux will not be flowed into inside of brazing area.

There is no need to apply flux. Moreover, as flux remnants is non-hygroscopic and non-corrosive, cleaning after brazing is not required.

As cleaning operation after brazing is not required, personal expenses for applying flux and cleaning and costs for cleaning equipment, space, and cleaning water drainage treatment can be saved. Therefore, a large cost down can be achieved.

When a customer wants to remove the remained flux due to external appearance, please clean the brazed work piece which is still hot after brazing. Al-FLO flux is easy to remove compared with old nocolok flux.
